Hi,
Shown below is a McCulloch 380. It is 87cc. Has manual oiler. Manufactured from June 1963 to May 1964.
It is in remarkably nice condition, has excellent spark and compression, and appears to be a pretty low-hour saw.
I was not successful in getting it to fire up and run with a squirt of pre-mix fuel down the carb. Possibly needs breaker points filed/cleaned or maybe a vacuum leak, etc. not really sure.
It has nice paint, recoil works great, sprocket looks like new, pull cord looks nice and original, flat back McCulloch carb, no guide bar. No chain rash on the side of the fuel tank or sprocket cover. The round muffler is in great shape and even has the external baffle/deflector in good condition. Only thing I see broken is the tip of the plastic button for the manual oiler as shown in photo.
I will trade this saw for an Echo or Homelite shown in the list below. I will consider yours even if it is locked up, in pieces, missing components, or needs an overhaul.
