Hi,

I have aquired a mcculloch 600042e (this is the only model number i can find on the saw) its top handled, engine runs sweetly enough but, i need to identify some part numbers and where i can get replacements. it has a 10inch bar on it

these are namely the clutch which is destroyed, and a some new parts for the recoil starter. it would seem a shame to scrap it as the engine seems really quite decent, i have looked on some other sites to try and determine the model but cant find one listed as a 600042e

any help would be appreciated.

cheers

Thanks for that, i had looked on their website but when you dont know what model it is it gets a bit tedious trawling through each one!

I dont suppose you know anyone that stocks the parts as the local husky dealer called up some parts on his computer but they all seem to be out of production. but i think he was looking at the IPL for a Mac130.

If anyone knows where i could get a IPL for the power mac 310 i would be really gratefull

cheers for the parts list, that really helps although i think the clutch part number is the same as i the one the dealer checked so i still think they are out of production. it seems such a waste to have to scrap what is essentially a decent saw because you cant buy a replacement clutch and oiler
