I am in the process of getting some duplicate saws cleaned up, built up and sold to make room for others. Current project is a "Special Edition" Pro Mac 10-10S. This saw had low compression (125 PSI) so I thought I might get by just replacing the rings but no joy. There was some chipping of the chrome above the exhaust port so I pulled my last NOS cylinder from the attic and decided to do this one all out.
NOS cylinder, piston, rings. Since the wrist pin press fit was a bit loose I also replaced the connecting rod with NOS. New seals of course, all of the gaskets have been replaced along with the oil pick up line and diaphragms in the Zama C2 carburetor. Since the oil tank had the two holes for mounting screws marked out I went ahead and drilled them out and went with the three screw automatic oil pump set up to eliminate any possibility of bar oil getting into the crankcase. I put a new air filter in as well.
The muffler is in good condition with a good baffle and spark arrestor screen. The original spur type clutch drum was totally shot so I replaced it with a good used spline drum and new 3/8 7 tooth rim sprocket. Starter was rebuilt with a new rope and one of my 3D printed sawdust screen.
The saw will come with a scrench, PM spike, and bar cover. The 20" bar has a replaceable sprocket nose in good condition, bar rails have been ground, and the chain is like new semi-chisel. I have other bar options (16" or 24") if you'd rather have more or less.
Oh yeah, $200 + shipping
