I saw this beat up old beauty on OfferUp.
says it ran two years of course.
but anyways I remember seeing these saws when I was a kid I think if I remember correctly the saw is somewhere around 89cc or something ridiculous right?
Cult like following?

You’ve got it bad. The disease. Fun to watch. Lol
lol I'm like this with everything. Imagine this I'm a sober alcoholic! We over do everything.
I have that old echo too. I like old stuff.
But I'll probably pas on this as its 3 hrs round trip into Phoenix and at 17mpg at best it's not a free ride.

This thing is a lot bigger when you see it in person what a beast feels like it has some really strong compression to
For $35 I don't even care if it runs it's not like I'm ever going to use it it's just really cool okay I might get it running and go play around with it but I'm not going to use it everyday just what a cool saw man

Super 250 saws are very peppy saws for their 87cc and will pull a long bar too.

I dumped the gas out. This thing must hold a gallon of gas geez. I love how they put a sticker on it that says handle with extreme care somebody somebody thought the saw I was pretty dangerous. Pics sucks I'm on my old phone bad camera .

I'm almost dumbfounded!!! it runs !!!!!a little bit of messing around and it runs !!stalls out a little bit on the high idle but I'm just surprised it started at all. I put it in some wood to but it's getting late so I can't be out here screwing around with a saw this loud. this is a loud saw I took some videos of it running all upload them and Link them if anyone's interested

Runs good for a saw expected not to. All I had was 20:1 mix for my old echo on hand probably not good for a saw that wants 40 or 50
Quick video here of it running

Took it out and cut with it for a few. Feels more like a 4 stroke . Did good enough but needs work. But for $35 it's awesome
Apparently there were bullets in the wood that I was cutting people must have been a shooting at the tree before after it was Slash cut

These old big macs dont turn a ton of rpms. But probably needs a carb clean and tuning nonetheless. If it's a tillotson carb kits are readily available and cheap.
