MEWP cost of ownership?

For those who own a MEWP (tracked or wheel), what is the typical cost of ownership (maintenance, inspection etc) for 3-5 years of ownership? If you have the general numbers, please specify whether you purchased used or new.

We've been renting an SD64 and I wanted to look at all the pros/cons of continuing to rent.

edit: I'm not including depreciation or fuel.
