Well I got all the parts to repair the 076 chainsaw after I put the clutch straight through the side cover. Note to self make sure clutch nut is tight before milling.image.jpeg
Anyway I was back into it today and completed milling 9- 4"x4"'s and a few small 1" sections. So I now have enough to get started on building the wife's gazebo. Tomorrow will be spent dressing & sanding up the timber. Hopefully I'll be able to start building on Thursday.
Thanks to everyone on the site for all of your shared knowledge so freely given it made this little project so much easier than it could have been (that's including the slightly damaged side cover, LOL).

Nice lumber! I need that exact plate complete with brake parts as well - can I ask where you got it from?
Thanks in advance.

It was just a cover not a complete chain break side cover they no longer stock them here nor the components to retro fit an existing one. I'm currently trying to find some older saws locally to try a scavange. There is a AM cover on sale in Germany on eBay. Check out the 051 - 076 sticky in the chain saw forum.

I saw you mentioned the "AM cover" in the 051-076 thread, question is what is it? I googled and tried searching on ebay with no luck.
