I used a Granberg Alaskan about 20 years ago and I'm thinking of getting back into milling. Here is my setup... any suggestions or things I should change?

Husky 181 w/32" Oregon bar
Oregon 72AJ chain filed at 10 degrees
Granberg G776 mill
Rails made from aluminum electrical strut

Cutting 20" to 24" diameter pine
Any need for an aux. oiler setup with these small logs?

Thanks.

I wouldn't think you would need one if the pine is green it does a good job of keeping things slick..glad to hear you want to get back milling .it never leaves the soul haha
