Mitsubishi Poly Chain Problems

Anyone running Mitsubishi poly chains on having problems with them. I am running Rayco 1635 Jr. they have switch to the Mitsubishi poly chains, I have had problems with the at least 3, they are not breaking they are coming apart. The inside teeth cogs are separating from the belt. leaving intact 2 pieces of belt. I am convinced it is not a problem with tension or pulley issues. Any feedback would be appreciated.

As an equipment dealer, we've tried many poly chain belt brands and all of them failed except for Gates. We experienced the same problems that you're having. We made sure the sprockets were aligned and properly tensioned. I think it's the heat that gets the other brands but the Gates holds up well.
