Mitts and merril

Hi guys,
I’m looking at purchasing my first chipper and I’ve found an old mitts and Merril chuck n duck that’s been sitting for a good while. It doesn’t start but has the 4.9 ford straight 6 engine. I’m just looking for a ball park of what y’all think it might be worth? Thanks for any suggestions.

I would probably pass on it if it is not a 16" model. I have one and it is diesel. My second Mitts. Great chipper. If it runs probably 2500$. Not running but fixable probably $1k.
