Hello. I have a Morbark wood chipper with a 4 cyl Cat, that is over heating, No antifreeze smell, no cap leak, no overflow dripping, no radiator leak, no hose leak, no engine leak, no loss of antifreeze, fan working , good flow, flusher engine added new 50/50 mix Cat ELC, installed new thermostat, fixed exhaust leak, new air cleaner, no smoke on start up or running, no loss of power, Radiator is clear and clean,

I see this pretty often on chippers. Verify the air passages through the core are clear by shining a light from behind and looking from the front side of the radiator. If it isn't 90% clear then that could be the problem in this hot weather. I have washed a lot of sawdust from the fins with soap and water. You can often tell by spraying water staight at the fins close up. If it passes through, good. If it washes back towards you then it is blocked. Do NOT use a pressure washer to clean fins.

If you confirm the air passages through the cooling fins are ok, another possibilty is a false reading. Leave the radiator cap off and run it till you get an indication of 180 to 190 with coolant flow, then check coolant with a thermometer to confirm reading.
