Ok, started playing with it at 9pm. shocked the crankshaft with a brass hammer while prying on the flywheel and the dang thing popped off. A quick inspection showed white powder death all over the mag and other parts, blew it off. Checked the points, not opening. Heart beating faster, set the gap to .020", put some oil on the rubbing block and slap the flywheel back on loose and run the nut down till it snugs. With the original 50 year old plug I got some intermittant spark running it with the drill motor (shocked snot out of oneself in the process, several times  ) With heart beating still faster popped the known good plug out of the 041 super and get consistant blue white spark. :blob2: Pour a good dose of oil into the jug and down the carb and turn it over till it blows out the exhaust. Shoot a dose of mix gas down the carb and hit it with the drill motor and get an instantanious pop out the exhaust. Dang thing is actually trying to run. More gas fouls the plug (cussing and fumbling trying to get it out and cleaned up till it sparks). Pop the plug back in and it starts right up on the gas in the jug. Pics show it best. :) A few more shots get decent running. Gas tank is full of junk and needle is sticking on the carb once I got the junk out. Good hour of work has it 90% running.

Gypo, thanks for the file, thought you were a troublemaker, not a
