More on the ring saw (Sears D-49?)

All right, I think I found another saw that uses the same powerhead as my ring saw. The tank and rear handle aren't the same, but they couldn't be due to the ring mounting. Here we go:

Anyone know who made the Sears D-49? Looks like a pretty serious saw, for Sears.

I'll bet thats it. The old Sears were made by David Bradley or Roper. I assume its a Roper but I don't know much about them.
