More Power from a MS191T?

Is there anyway i could get more power out of my MS191T with some do-it-yourself mods?

[Stumper]

Remove the spark arrester screen and tweak the louvers on the muffler opening to allow a less impeded flow of exhaust gases. Not a big deal but there is a gain and it is easy to do. (Please note that you may need to readjust the carburetor after doing this.)
