Hello all,
Recently picked up a used ms 362 stihl screw-carb saw. It runs well except for two problems:
1: Cold start/choke will fail to disengage on trigger pull approx 80% of the time. Can be assisted with a slight upward push on the settings lever but would be better if it worked.
AND
2: Throttle will randomly, and frequently, get stuck in an open position and may or may not (more often than not, it will not) return to user control with squeezing and releasing the trigger. This obviously makes the saw unusable and unsafe.
butterfly does not seem to be warped.
Pictures show starting choke position caught on, and throttle caught (white is just a bit of grease)
