MS400 Chain Oiler Adjustment?

How do I adjust the chain oiler on Stihl MS400? Is the adjustment screw under the plastic plate on the bottom?

Should be on the bottom of the saw under the oil pump like all Stihl Pro models. Number 26...

Post #2 and use a small carb adjusting flathead screwdriver. The screw is way down in there. It only turns about 90 degrees.

Read the instruction manual. I'd say, if you payed the money for a MS 400, its wort it. Friend.

Interesting. ... The info I posted was from a online owners manual for the Stihl MS400C-M.

By chance you can post a picture of the bottom of the chainsaw?

I’m pretty sure it’s this guy right here. Way up in there, and you have to pry against the mount spring a little to make room for a very little flat head screwdriver

Use a tuning screwdriver and turn it clockwise. If that’s not enough oil, get the HO pump from an MS461

Thanks for showing where the adjustment screw is. All my other stihl's show up a lot better than than and the owners manual is no help.
