Sold Ms440

Selling a decent ms440. Picked it up with the intention of rebuilding and swapping for a 056 Mag, but have a SBC 350 I need money for now.

Saw is complete, starts easy, runs and oils like it should. HOWEVER it has some piston scoring on the exhaust side and only 120psi compression. It passed p/v test with flying colors, and doesn’t leak fuel or bar oil.

Selling PHO, but I do have a new Stihl ES 20” bar that can go with it for extra $$ if your local. Shipping is from 03811, which buyer pays.

Asking $300 obo. Not sure where to price it, but I’m pretty sure all it needs is a piston and set of rings and it’s ready to work. Or just run it till it dies and throw a 460 top end on it…
