MS461 rebuild

After about 8 months, +/- 700 hours of run time, the MS461 has given up the top end.

It looks like carboning and the ring pin has worked lose and gotten on top of the cylinder. Some damage to the cylinder

After a new top end the saw is back in action and sounds good. hopefully I will get another 700 or so hours from it.

Genuine Stihl parts it should last forever

Seems like a long time but then is that average for a work saw? I sure like my 461R.
