Well,
I performed my my second ever muffler mod. to a Dolmar 7900. The first ever was to my MS360PRO which was pretty straight forward and easy. This one was a little more involved. It is now a true dual port muffler with the inner baffle removed. The second port is shrouded by a 288XP deflector and looks rather factory per Steve "Freakingstangs" recommendation. I then called Big Dave Neiger for some pointers on how to tune it for the mods. and as usual he was more than willing to help in terms even I could understand. I then took it out and buried the 20" bar into some of the biggest Oak rounds I had available, no problems at all! Not sure if it would keep up with my Neiger built MS440
but, it's not to far off.
