Multi Trac Xtreme Series
Multi-function Articulated loader...

I found there ad in Tree Services Magazine, Page 18 lower half of the page
October 2007 Issue.

Any one familiar with this machine???

I tried to do a search online and didn't have too much luck.

Any one know
A. How wide are they?
B. How much can they carry???

Looking at the picture...with the joint in the middle looks like it is has one heck of a turning radius.

MultiTrac

They look an awful lot like the MultiOne loaders which are also from Italy.
I e-mailed a tree service in (I think New York State) several years ago and he said he got his from Stonebrooke Equipment, 6022 Pillsbury Ave. S., Minneapolis, Minn. 612-861-5047. I don't believe they have a web site though. He also spoke very highly about the MultiTrac loader, but that was before the "extreme" model.

Alright Thanks

So Multi One

I will look in to that too...do you have experince with Multi One as a machine???

I have a MultiOne SL30D. I haven't needed any parts for it yet but was quoted very high prices for accessories. I do love it though and don't know how I could do without it now.

How wide is it?
How much power does it really have??

I am fairly familiar with the mini skid steer - Ram Rod, but saw the ad and interested in this machine...

How much did you pay??? If you dont mind sharing.

Can you put it in back yards???

It's 48" wide, but it gets into most backyards around here, southeast Virginia. It has enough engine power for tree work but could use more wheel torque for pulling or bucket work. It will spin the tires if put in enough of a bind though. Full time 4x4 and easy on yards unless you turn it without moving forward or backward. I paid 13k for it with less than 100 hours on it. It will lift a pretty big log with the grapple from Top Notch, and works great to feed the chipper. I'll never trade it in on a dolly!
