Multiple line drops

Working in the city I am often in need of dropping 2-3 lines for a single job because of a clients house being near a split in service. I'm curious what best practices are for alerting non-client neighbors whose trees are not going to be worked on but whose lines will need to be down for safe work on their neighbors trees.
