I'm thinking that you should definitely use acid when you work on that aluminum transfer.

Hey...c'mon now...he's gotta keep some secrets to himself. I'd say he's been pretty forthcoming in his methods already. You gotta figure some stuff out for yourself. Drop some acid and get a chisel and mallet and do some of your own experimenting like ol Dave has done.Just curious, did you add the extra carbon to help reduce squish and is the raised spot in the one port to compensate for the reduction?
