Well where to begin?? I am a full time nanny and part of my job involves watching T.V with the child for educational purposes. For the past 3 days there has been no reception. My boss and I had thought that one particular branch on a tree over the house was blocking the reception to the satellite dish. Well, after my husband put in his 9 and half hours at his job he came to my job to climb into the tree and take the branch down. He ascertained that it was not the branch that my boss and I had thought. Before he went up in the tree he showed me how to tie his 200T into his climbing line. I got it up to him moments later when he was tied in. As soon as the branch hit the ground I grabbed it and dragged it to the curb. My husband was so happy and proud. When he saw me dragging that branch he said "Now that's a good groundman, " and I answered back NO!! Groundwoman!! Well I found the whole thing pretty exciting and I look forward to helping him again. (only if he gives me 50% of the profits..:D )

That was a nice story, but you left us hanging.  Did that fix the reception?

dang erik,

aint you learned anything/????

whats hers is hers and whats his is HERS TOO!

I think that makes it 100% hers. He's the one that needs the raise :)

When I was starting out my girlfriend (now wife) would help me. She is 5'9" and 128 pounds. She would out work ALL of the guys. She chipped brush, hauled logs and raked. The only thing she didn't do was run a saw. Now she schedules my jobs and takes care of our son.

I once had a female employee like that. Only a couple things were different.

1) She was 4'8" and 220 lbs.

2) She is married to a former employee.
