Asking only one or two questions at at time is good advice - you'll get better answers that way. Also, sometimes it helps to say WHY you are asking, so that folks understand the question better.

Lots of very knowledgeable folks here, and there's a lot to learn. Don't let the few jerks chase you away. Their mommas didn't teach them any manners, so just ignore them.
