Here are a couple of pics of my winter project. I bought an 05 international 8600 single axle fleet truck. I cut and stretched the frame,(did a double frame) and put a 14' contractors dump bed on it. It's getting painted next week. If you are thinking of getting a one ton dually diesel, check out some of the deals on retired single axle fleet trucks. They are CHEAP power.

WOW

Nice pictures, Nice shop, Nice work

I was in a nice shop several years ago that converted fleet trucks for a living. The owner had more work than he could handle.
He made the same comment .

interesting turn of events with this truck. I took it to a shop to sandblast the frame and paint it. The had the bed raised up with the sides dropped down. One of the sides lay inward a bit when down. One of the guys lowered it and crushed the rear drop down sides in the tires. I went over and had a few words with the shop manage. Long story short, they are buying me new sides for it.

You are my kind of man...

Moe, that is an awesome build!

I gotta get up your way this winter to check out your shop & equipment.

You are a man that I wish to emulate!

Semper Fi & Good Luck!
