NEED 090 Chain Link

Hello to all---It's been awhile since I have posted anything & I need some help!---A friend of mine has a real nice older 090 Stihl with a 60 inch cannon bar. He ran out of adjustment on the bar so he cut the chain & was planning on just splicing it. Trouble is the Stihl stores around here do not have a listing for any splice joints larger than .404 & I'm guessing that this is a 1/2 inch chain!-I'm a McCulloch guy & I do not have much knowledge about Stihls-Anyone out there have a splice link?---Thanks, Bill Irvine---I just found out that they call the chain on this one a 1/2 inch forrester chain..
