Need help to ID a Stihl 52mm cylinder

I inherited a 52mm bore cylinder that looks like a Stihl type with the spark plug hole and exhaust design. It's A Mahle with 52ZN14+ stamped but it does not have "Stihl" stamped on it like you typically see. It has that little fin on the intake opening. It looks similar to a 52mm 038 maybe but I can't find any pictures that like quite like it. I took several pics. Any help would be great,thanks

I'm not positive, it looks like a 048 cylinder.
