Do you mean homeowners versus trained arborist types?

Or non-versatile uneducated tree cutters versus trained arborist workers?

Because there can be several angles from which to approach this.

I mean homeowner vs a trained and licensed arborist. Please any angles you got I'm listening...I got 2 pages and change but it's supposed to be 3-5. Thanks!
