Need help in Texas doing storm work. I need a daily rate based on 10 hour days. 3 man crew with at lest 1 climber chipping brush only up to 8 inch dia.

I want to come down there and help but I have a contract I know im gonna be stuck in for atleast 2 or more weeks.... What is needed down there I have a quad axle dumptruck and single axle dump with a backhoe and a tractor with a grapple and dozer I could bring down there as well as my tree equiptment but exactly how long do you think it would be steady work I fear I may go down there and everything will be lined up with contractors ready to do the work. I also dont really want to come down there if I cant stick the cut up trees by the curb. I may come down and do demolition and hauling if all the trees are taken care of.

I have a six man crew two climbers and four groundmen. We would come down, but we don't want to bring any heavy equipment (trucks, chippers, etc). Not sure if that is useful to anyone. But if you need bodies with saws, saddles, and ropes, let me know.

There will be a lot of people trying to do the easy work, so climbers for the back yard will always have something to do.

I will be in the Houston area by Wednesday night with "babe":

Sorry Elmtree, I'm not coming down that way. Was just pointing out the poster I quoted advertising that he had 5 guys and himself ready to work but 3 days later needed a climber to help him by himself.

Just a heads up for you. Good luck down there.
