If you can get me part numbers for the parts you need for your Partner, I can probably help you out. We have two big boxes of Partner/Pioneer parts at my shop but I have no parts diagrams or manuals to go by, just part numbers on the packaging of individual parts. Most of the stuff is for Pioneer P-62/Poulan P-655, Poulan SD25A, and small Partner saws. There is a little bit of Poulan Pro 475 parts as well. Thanks, JJ

I have new aftermarket cylinders 65cc that will fit. Should also have the parts for the rear handle.
Cylinder cost $175.00 Cdn plus shipping

Jacob,
I don't have any part numbers for the Partner. I guess I could take some pictures of what I have and send them to you. I might have use for you Pioneer parts sometime though. Have all part numbers for them.

Mike,
Does that include a piston kit as well?

Not sure what I'm doing with this saw yet may not be worth fixing.

We have about 100,000 parts for Poulan P-405, 455 Pro, 475, 505, 605, 655, Pioneer P-41/42, P-51, P-60/61,62, Poulan small saws like the S-25DA, and Partner 45/50/55s. We also have a pile of used parts and carcasses for the same models that is about the size of a large U-haul truck. This logging company I contract for bought a Poulan/Pioneer dealership in 1983 and is getting rid of everything. Mike, do you possibly have access to Aplina chainsaws and parts? I am looking for Alpina Forest 120s and pro 90s. Thanks, JJ

Poulan Pro 405

Jacob and Mike,

I sent you both emails offline, but I thought I'd go ahead and post here also. I've got a PP 405 that has a scored cylinder, the local shop won't work on it, and I've not been able to find a cylinder kit anywhere. Do either of you still have these available? I'l love to get that saw going again. That was my alaska sawmill saw, so I've got rip chains, etc for it already.

Thanks,
Carson Duke

The R16 has a different rear handle than 17, 18, 22, 522.
I too have a bunch of parts (used), but the shipping is not great.....

I have 2 R16s. Complete running working saws. An R19, again complete running saw. I probably have a top end too, but although unscored, it isn't tested. I may be able to find just the rubber mount for you too. Sent a PM earlier today if you still need any of this stuff.
