You have yet to show me where I referred to you in any way in my first post. Also, how was my first post a derail? Did I not congratulate him on his purchase and make a recommendation for breaking in his new Stihl chainsaw? How is that a derail, please explain that one.

I noticed that in your reply to my first post (where I made no mention or reference to you), you quickly assumed that I was speaking about you, and then began hurling insults at me referring to me as an "inflammatory idiot" (fixed the spelling for you! :) ) and also referred to me as an "internet tough guy" and a "cockmaster". I have also noticed that you are calling another poster a "douche" (ftfy too) for no real good reason. What I am saying is that I think we have found who the real troll is. I do not know you, but so far you have come across as a nasty, short tempered, and overall angry person. May I make a suggestion? Try not be so sensitive when someone is not talking about you. As some of the guys around here have said in the past, you need thick skin to hang around this place. I read your profile real quick and saw that you are a former burned out restaraunt manager. Perhaps if tree work does not work out for you, I hear that McDonald's is hiring. From what I have seen of your personality, it appears that it might be good fit?

I'll be waiting for my apology for all those nasty names you called me.....:hmm3grin2orange:

Comprehension my friend, comprehension. I was not referring to you as a troll, or accusing you of derailing a thread. If you go an read over what I wrote to meatwad frodo, you can barely make out an EXTREMELY passive apology to you, ( you have to look really close though.) Anyway, I'm ignoring the rest of what you wrote, beause although I love a battle of wits, but I'm tired, and I kinda want to go to sleep. But I will say this, I'm investing close to another 100K of my own cash into my tree company over the next month, going into the "dead season" I think I know a little more than you may realize. But there is a McD's across the way that is always hiring, so at least I have some back up ;-) Have a good night!

The guys at the shop said there was no break in needed but if there was supposed to be that sucks because I did not do it. Saw runs great. Did a big removal today with it and it rips. On a whole different level than the other saws I own. I am very happy with the purchase and the mods.

Cool man. Take good care of it, regular maintenance etc. I have an 020T (the precursor to the 200T) that I have been running for over 10 years. Just had it tuned up a month or so ago and it runs awesome. Going to grab a new 200T here before the 201 replaces them all and will look forward to many years of service from it as well. Just remember to flip your bar from time to time, file the burrs off of it, clean your air filter at each fill-up, keep your chain sharp and don't drop it out of the tree haha

Good luck with your venture. I wish you well. Goodnight.

So if you want to hea from the "gentleman that I speak of" start another thread in the "I am a total doosh" section, (where you belong) and get some feed back there ;-) Now, it's off to work I go!

so thats where you guys hang out? thanks for the invite man but i think i am going to have to pass

Just bought a new 201T off the shelf tonight. They threw in a gallon of bar oil and a spare chain. Looking forward to trying it out tomorrow.

I did notice the chain is installed backwards lol.

climb with one for a week now not happy with it still like the 200ts

quick question.....

My best friend who happened to be a "certified" Stihl mechanic, Terry Steinkuhler died 4 weeks ago, many of you might recognize his Sawzilla's on this site. anyway, he was rebuilding a 200T for me, and we were sent the wrong bearings for it. Anyways, I'm being a bit lazy, and was just wondering if any of you guys might happen to know the part number for the bearings. If not, no big deal, I'll have to go hunt down the numbers -- just thought somebody might have them on hand.

have you tried:

removing the spark arrestor, opening up the muffler, and removing the limiting caps yet? not being a smartass, just wondering if that will help at all -- and whats the sticker on those new 201T's?

Picked up a spare 200T a few days ago, will sit in box till I need it.

Could have picked up a 201t, but felt heavier.....
