You must be using glue. I don`t see to many screws in the wood holding it together.

Wood screws anyplace where the plywood was joined to 2x4s. Used nails and wood glue everywhere else.

They both looked nice - you do good work in that area.
The first version looked like like you were a distributor / rep, showing and selling the saws.
This version looks like you are a tree worker and actually use the stuff.
I am glad that you considered the well-intentioned safety comments that your fellow A.S. members expressed out of genuine concern.
This version will probably be more practical as well.
