Curious if it better then the cs352 or about the same.... looks like the price is 259 so thats the same....

Just looked it up. Specs look about the same from what I remember. I have the 352. I think the all orange looks better than the new orange and black. It looks too much like the eBay Chinese clone saws. The 352 is a good little saw. It surprised me how well it cut. I did take the cat out of the muffler and open it a little. It gained 1000 rpm. I have an older Craftsman 42cc and the 352 out cuts it by a good bit.

Yes i looked them up also it looks a little lighter maybe no cat in the muffler? that would make a big difference....I will wait some will buy one and do a video...LOL

Just ordered one should be here in a week . I will let ya all know how it is...

I just got one. Needed a homeowner saw and didn't want a stihl homeowner. I gotta say the Echo brand has grown on me after owning this. Removed spark screen, carb limiters, retuned and it really cuts well. Super fuel efficient and lightweight, too. Yeah it looks and feels like a cheap toy off the shelf but has no impact on performance. P.S. the gas and oil caps are the best I've used to date too

does it have a cat in the muffler?

Tell you what my little echo cs2511t feels like a toy but it is a little light weight beast... I am hoping the 3510 is good also i sold my cs-310 it was light did not like how it pulled fines in the airlifter....they supposedly redid this with a wall in there to keep it cleaner in the air box...I can say as i have not run one yet...

Just had to bump this, today I realize I'm going for my 3510 to cut firewood over my MS261C most days. Something about it, so light and nimble and just sips gas. Really coming alive after tank 5-6 now, too.

My 310 sucks fines in. Pretty bad too. Mine is fairly new - not sure if there's a wall in there. Has been suggested to put some grease around the airfilter. sounds like a pain.

Got it today really light saw i think the build quality of the older series is more stout...This is super light weight. The controls are really weak and chincy. and it was a bear to start could have been the richer fuel i was trying to break it in with . I went to my normal fuel mix and it fired right up . Was very boggy till it warmed up....on the plus side i really like the airlifter setup it is much tighter. has gaskets on everything. i see the wall but not sure if it works but as tight as the airlifter is compared to the old style i think its a winner. The anti vibe feels fine... took some pics to let ya alol check her out...Also not cat in the muffler i see an easy muffler mod And retune soon... after i remove the little tabs on the carb...

The spark arrestor screen in the CS-3510 is a cat converter.

Still breaking mine in. Seems like it will be straight beast mode for a 30cc class saw also grabbed a cs-590 both shiny new. First echo saws to own hopefully there good to me.

Decent power, light, and the internals aren’t bad, but feels somewhat cheap on the outside compared to the 352. Not the worst in its class, but nowhere near as good as the 3601 makita

I have the Makita 3500 and it's been a excellent saw. I've been thinking of picking another small saw and was looking at the Echo 3510. When comparing the Echo to the Makita what stands out the most. Overall quality or performance?
