New England Storm Damage

How widespread is it?
Trees on houses?
Where's the hardest hit area?
I found this report but haven't heard from any tree crews in the area.

Wappenger Falls in NY got hit real hard. I was down there yesterday keeping busy. Today Talltreeclimber and I worked across the river on two leader from a sugar maple that failed. One leader was on a shed. We used the standing part of the tree and made a block and tackle to lift the remaining piece of wood off and swing it away. Worked quite nicely. Tomorrow we are on more storm damage. Nothing technical though..... Mike
