Hi everyone I'm new here,my name is Mike I'm from Pennsylvania I am a acoustic guitar builder,,but love trees as well and I believe in sustainability when come to trees so I replant 10 times what use ,I love trees because they are a like us in that they are all different and beautiful in there own little ways,and the fact they can produce beautiful instrument is just a bonus,,these days u can see the light through the forest and btw that's a bad thing,,,so I hope you guys will have me

I love guitars, what type of wood are you making the guitars with? Hey man, post some pics of those guitars.

Hey how ya doing, typically I use spruce or cedar for the top and a exotic species for the back and sides, although I do also use woods local to like walnut ,cherry , maple I recently started using Paulownia also but I like using woods for the tops that I can replant I also replant the local hardwoods I mentioned as well

I think Paulownia grows fast, right?

If u could plant and harvest any tree from anywhere in the world no matter the climate,no matter the life cycle time of the tree and money was no issue what would u choose
