New Job in 2 Weeks

Starting a new job in 2 weeks for Matt Foti Tree and Landscape in MA, anyone work there? Sounds like an awesome place to work!

you'll be all up in the preservation and pruning and planting and spraying but with better equipment.

yeah dude, I got in a couple Arguments with Mac about him barking at me about nothing, you know the way he is, so I got in his face and barked back at him, and he started calling me a ##### and ####, Mark took Mac's side, and Mark has been a cheap fck lately, I've been making 20.50, got a 50 cent raise in 2 years, he just doesnt wanna pay. Foti is gonna have me out doing tree work all the time, not more being alone draggin 300 feet of spray hose alone and stuff. Idk, things are changing over there, yeah it was an easy gig there, but Foti works the same hours, and in the winter, lays me off and has me come in 3 days a week for cash so I'll make the same as I would in the summer, and have 4 days a week off and collect. Me and Mac just weren't getting alone, and Mark has been super pissy lately, and everyone always says, "thats just Mac being Mac!" and I just don't buy into that bs. Foti is gonna send me to get my MCA, any college I wanna go to he will re-imburse the tuition, and pays way better than Mark. He's also gonna pay me to get any license I want, Hoisting/hydraulics, class A, anything I want, he said I can do. Same hours to, and Saturdays is Cash, time and a half, not regular salary like Mark. So We'll see.... What do you think??

The equipment is way better over there to, rearmounts, log loaders, just sick of gagging from the old bucket, everything is falling apart, and we do crane work with homeowners chippers!

Plus I bought a house in Litchfield NH, and me and Winship started a firewood buisness since we live like 5 miles apart, and once they told me I could fill my trailer with wood from the log loader to, plus Adam will keep taking wood from Mark, so it'll still work out. The commute to Woburn was getting old, and Foti is closer

Spicoli (Hollywood) was making more than me, and I have a CDL and Spray license, are you kidding me! I want some of those yellow stars under my picture and name like you!

i think you gotta do whatever it takes man. as much as i like mac he took the 20yr veteran thing too far. lol. never did a damn thing he didnt want to do.

i see foti around a bit. not bad for equipment at all. maybe you'll see us around and stop to say whats up.

i hated hollywood man. that kid sucks. he was definitely overpayed, i think he is still collecting unemployment from AC too. that kid was/is a ballbag.

Thanks both you guys, I've gotten better since we used to work together. I just gotta get away from that Mac can do what he wants, while everyone else busts ass, then you get back from dumping and he's GONE probably already home. Glad I got my computer set up at my new house now so I can try and keep up with the site a little more
