Just bought a 575 Husky and have a couple questions. The saw came with a 24'', .050 3/8s chain. The recomended 32'' bar chain combo is 3/8s .063. When I go to the 32'' will I have to switch rim sprockets?
When oiling the needle bearings, do you have to remove the clip and sprocket washer, or can you just oil behind the washer and let it run down onto the bearing?

Spoket is fine and the only time I lube the needle bearing is when I do a full cleanup of the saw. bearing gets lube from the bar lube.

1) NO!

2) I am not familiar with the 575, but on my Huskys (3) there is a hole outside, at the end, that you can press the grease into - no reason to disassamble anything. Also, there is no need to do it very often, that bearing is only in action when the saw is at idle.
