But I'm posting it here because of the friendships I've shared here. My son Cody passed his Eagle Scout board of review tonight. He is now officially an Eagle Scout and I'm just bustin to tell everyone I know. Anna and I very proud of him.

As an aside even though Cody is a few months shy of his 18th birthday the Boy Scouts had him running a chainsaw while a member of camp staff. I'll try to post some pics of his work later.

That is a great thing to do. It will serve him well in life. It's helped me out alot. Congratulations to him

Congrats !! I taught at scout camps back in the day, making Eagle is a great accomplishment !! You should be proud.

I got a boy working on it. Should be there in a few months, if he makes it. He's got a very tight schedule, because we got into it late.

congrats to cody  at work we had several progects done by scouts to get their eagle. all of them are good kids, doing good for the community :chainsaw:

Very Cool!!!! My wife and I are in charge of the cub scouts in our area and i think it is one of the best things a young boy could get into today!!! Congrats Cody!!:clap: Steve

My Father was killed when I was 10 years old. The Scouts and Scout leaders helped give me some direction for my life. I never got to Eagle, but was a Dan Beard Ranger, and went through Order of the Arrow. Congrats to your son. You have good reason to be proud!
