Thats kinda messed up. What if you had a Rottweiler that mauled said burgler in your house? Would you get arrested for assault with intent to commit bodily injury? What kind of messed up laws are those. It sounds like the criminals have more rights than the citizens.

Tree Frog said:Interesting thread. I appreciate the article and bring a sense of reality to the world that we live in. No matter where you live we must all be aware of our surroundings and what can happen if we do certain things.
To walk around without the the reality of hazards around you is dangerous and can quickly lead to becoming a victim. The lessons learned by this is to be continually evaluating your surrounding, situation, and possible responses to contend with.
