Offset crank lobes husqvarna 346xp and jonsered 2149

I recently took apart Both saws, and was puzzled when I saw the one crank had offset lobes and almost relived when I saw the other one was the same.
Is this normal?

If the crank spun easily in the case, then they’re fine. They’re pressed together under the rod bearing, so if they came unclocked while in the case it would be quite obvious
