Oil coming from dipstick

Just bought a older 200+ Perkins diesel and it runs good except oil is coming from top of dipstick cap. Chipper runs well and temperature in ok. Any suggestions on why this is happening?

Most older engine have a breather cap on top the valve cover. The breather may be clogged causing crankcase back pressure.

My bobcat was doing that, but it was just because the rubber o rings in the seal were shot.
