A few questions here. 1. Of those of you who have an oiler on your GB mills, do they work well and do you like them for the money? 2.Has anyone homemade one? 3. How would I attach this to a Stihl Rollomatic ES 59" bar (880 Mag)? Thanks alot.

By "GB" I'm not sure if you mean the American Granberg Alaskan or that Aussie company.

The Granberg oiler is priced reasonably. My only complaint is that I don't like the needle valve, it plugs up to easily and it restricts the flow when you first open the valve and have to wait several minutes for oil to ooze down to the bar.

Lots of homemade oilers on this forum.

I have had no trouble to date with my Granberg oiler (30 - 40 big cuts). I add a little bit of RED chain oil to the container so that I can monitor the flow in the clear tubing.

Steve.

I like my Grainberg oiler for the money but it plugs up at the bar sometimes, though I've never had the needle valve clog. Some people on this forum have built their own oilers that drip right on the chain (instead of feeding into the bar grove like the GB.) This might be a nice cheep, clog free option if you don't mind tracking down the parts. Try searching the archives if it interests you.

I think I will go parts shopping today and try to come up with something. That cart system is brilliant too bob. Good work. Thanks alot guys!

"Tolley" I do believe you called it on the post you lead me to. That is a great idea to save your back with those big mills and saws.
