Mine is stock with a 1/2 wrap handle, oiler turned all the way up and it only leaves about 1/3 tank of oil per full fuel tank. If yours is only leaving 1/2 tank might be clogged?

When I looked in the oil tank my shop wasn't well lit. The 1/2 tank was a guesstimate.

I don't think it is clogged.............the saw only has 5-10 tanks thru it!!!

Mine has a few more tanks through it, running original stihl bar and the second 20" chain on it. I have not had any lack of oil issue on mine.

You obviously aren't "blipping" the throttle enough!!:greenchainsaw: :hmm3grin2orange:

BTW...

I guess you didn't aske me either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:biggrinbounce2:

Hahaha! Yeah rahtree, blip the throttle more! ;)
I use a little more oil than you with the HO oiler but never run out.

He already did a thread on this and it is the same oiler and he did another thread on how to replace it. I'll see can I go find. I never measured it, but I dont' think my 441 puts out enough oil, so I might do the swap someday.

I haven't checked the 441 oil usage a while.

Ran out of fuel today. Oil reservoir had about an 1/8" left.

Would the 98 degree F weather cause it to go through oil faster? I use Stihl B & C in the orange container.

I may actually have to turn the oiler back just a tad.:jawdrop:
