Okay, my old Monkey Wards saw isn't starting and I figured out the problem. The fuel pump is out in the carb. It is a Lauson Power Products carb with the only identifying numbers being 207 and 6J26. The pump is an oval rubber bladder that is about an inch and a half long, a 1/4" or so wide, and about 3/16 deep. There is a crack around the base of it, so, no vacuum, no fuel, no go.

Help me please, Chopwood just sent me a really nice chain, and now I'm stuck again.

Holy moly,I haven't a clue what carb it is.Lewis B ,made a diaphragm for an old saw. That a peek in the search of this site,as I think he listed the material he used.

This thing is an orange oval rubber tube

that is sealed on one end and flanged on the other. It is cracked around the flange. I may have to try to glue it up with something. I've never seen a piece like it before.

The diaphragm is a bit stiff, but no holes and is still serviceable.

Wow, one that is over Al's head. I'm deep in the jungle now.

Put a picture of that old relic on here if you could .A power products Ah 47-58 and 81 were old kart engines.I haven't seen any since the mid 60's when I was a teenager, but I'd bet a Tillotson Hl would fit.Never say die :)
