Quick update. I haven't heard from my machinist for 2 months. His mailbox is full. One package he sent got messed up and was supposedly going to be delivered back to him, and then resent to me. That was 2 months ago.
ugh
ugh
Shady M’fer?he's disappeared for a month before, but not 2 months.
He is in Medina Ohio. ..I am in Connecticut.
I work for a shop that takes on small jobs if your in need. No website but they answer the phone.Like I said, I'm moving on. At this point, dunno if it worth it sending the 1099 .. but its certainly an idea.
Overall, the amount of money / stuff he has at this point just isn't worth breaking the contract over... which is why this is confusing.
The guy might not be walking around right now, he could be in a hospital somewhere or on a couch on a 2 month bender... I dunno. either way is irrelevant. I need to get more stuff made because I have people interested.
The point of the original post is to make public that Kelby has broken the contract. I still intend to meet demand if at all possible. Whats nice is that at this point I haven't taken any deposits, but I just need to front a pile of cash to get this back up and running.
