A new 009 As far as power goes what other stihl saw does it compare to?

The 009 compares to a 021 or 018. Nice limb saw, used one since 1981.

The new 009 is 41cc, the older ones 37. The 37cc saw could not hold its own with a Ginsu knife, the new ones may be a bit better

I have used one for the past 3 years and have not had any issues with it. Seems to have sufficient power for the limbing and triming that I do.

I've used the same two 009's all day, every day for about 3 years now. No complaints. Sufficient power and reasonable price.
