Oregon bars for the small pattern Husky grouping are inferior because of the small diameter angled oil feed hole. They plug too easily, and they do not continue to match up as the bar is adjusted full forward. They are designed to fail.
Oil blocked off tight with no where to go will cause the plastic oil pump driven gear to fail.
I just had one that way where a guy had bought the Husky / Oregon replacement bar. For some several reasons the Jonsered supplied equivalent does no the same problem.
