I have a bunch of chains I want to get rid of. Any interest on this site? Lots of Stihl

Best thing to do with the ones that are rusted (drive dogs) is can them.

If they're usable (and you make the price right) there's always interest. You'll need to split them up by type and condition. Just posting "a bunch of chains" won't get much interest other than a very lowball offer. Even if detailed by pitch, gauge and link count don't expect a lot for them.

This is the way to sell them. Like Sundance said, don't expect a premium price for them, but if you break them up people will buy them quicker. For example, I would maybe be interested in some if they were something I could use, but I have near zero interest in buying a bulk lot of mystery chains.
