Discount marine in Michigan has a ton of nos parts for these saws.
I have the PM1000 IPL if you need part numbers for them. The choke lever is probably the same on quite a few Partner models but I'm not sure on the rod. Might be the same.
I have bought some PM1000 parts from them before and I will just say there very proud of there parts when it comes time to pay for them.
