What ever I have that is properly dried - I put it in my wood stove and if it generates heat it's good, and it usually does...I would think any fruit tree is great btu firewood but I have never burned any.
That's what everyone tells me about apple and cherry too!Save it for cooking over.
I hear ya, dry is key. I actually threw some in the other day, burned great although I don't think it has the btu's of apple, it'll work for offsetting my pitchier woodsI would think any fruit tree is great btu firewood but I have never burned any.
