Peco Brush Blazer

Anybody have experience with one of these machines? I remove some really tough, dense brush on rugged terrain with the occasional rock here and there. I've never seen one of these in action, so not sure if it would suit my business or not.

The local MoDot office has one. I stopped and talked to the crew using it. I had been watching their progress on some slope clearing, and I was wondering what kind of machine they were using to get such good results in such poor terrain.

They were pretty happy with it, and they put it on some pretty ugly slopes. As I recall, they said they chew up 2" trees & brush with it. This was a couple of years ago, so the model isn't quite the same.

Hmmm... I think I remember something about throwing a track. The newer model seems to address that concern.


See the cute little winch on the rear, supposedly for pulling things out of the way? Ha! That is for getting back up the hill you shouldn't have gone down.
